• Length Requirement: Ensure your article falls within the range of 650 to 1500 words.
• You must add text and images directly into the form provided in our editorial system. Though we do make this very easy for you
• You can use a maximum of 3 anchor text links in your press release. It’s based on the best practices we follow for search engine optimization.
• Link Density: Maintain a limit of one link for every 100 words in your article.
• Headline Inclusion: Incorporate the company's name into the headline.
• Tone and Style: Avoid crafting the article in a sales-oriented manner; instead, maintain a neutral and informative tone.
• Specific Topic: Focus your article on a particular topic; general articles will not be accepted.
• Structured Content: Refrain from using bullet point lists or fragmented text, as these may not be accepted by some news outlets.
• Contact Information: Exclude any contact information within the article, as this will be uploaded separately.
• Exclude personal pronouns ('I,' 'me,' 'you,' etc.) from the headline.
• Avoid the use of first person or second person voices ('I,' 'me,' 'you,' 'your,' etc.) throughout the article.
• Language: Submit your article in English.
• ZazaPay keeps formatting options to a minimum to ensure smooth distribution to our partners who may re-publish your press releases. Keeping it simple reduces the chance that your releases will be poorly formatted on 3rd party sites

Incorporating Multimedia and Links:

Feel free to include one optional image, which could be your logo or a featured image. Please note that images, videos, and URLs should be uploaded separately and not within the article content.

If we are crafting the article, it will consist of a 400-word body along with a compelling headline and subheadline. However, if you wish to provide your own article, it should fall within the range of 400 to 1500 words.
